AB Services serves Greenville, North Carolina, and nearby communities including Winterville, Ayden, Farmville, Grifton and Bethel. Our service area extends up to 30 miles from our local base and includes Greenville. Call to confirm coverage at your address.

Do you offer urgent repairs?
Yes. AB Services accepts calls and provides HVAC service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call for urgent help and confirm dispatch timing. The online preview does not dispatch a technician.
What should I include when contacting you?
Your name, callback number, city or ZIP code, service needed and any symptoms you have noticed. Do not send payment information.
My AC is running but the house is warm. What should I do?
Check the thermostat setting and whether the filter needs replacement. If cooling does not improve, request service. Avoid opening electrical panels or refrigerant lines.
Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
That depends on its condition, repair history, performance and the cost of the proposed repair. A system assessment helps compare your options.
How often should I arrange maintenance?
Follow the equipment manufacturer’s service schedule. Ask AB Services about seasonal checks and the needs of your particular heating and cooling system.
Does maintenance guarantee there will be no breakdowns?
No. Maintenance can reveal issues, but it cannot guarantee that a system will never fail.
